Cache certainly hasn't been removed; just moved.

Check out my answer to this question:  http://www.webmasterquery.com/memb...emove-Cache.html

Bing is just the same, find the result you want to see the cache for, move you mouse to the right of it until an arrow and preview appears, hit the cached link.

Yeah with the recent shutdown of Yahoo site explorer I do not know an exact way on how to find your Yahoo links besides maybe some commands (Sorry don't really target Yahoo!) but something interesting is if your site covers the cost, purchase a link in the Yahoo link directory and usually most sites that do have Page 1 #1-3 rankings, downside is it is around $300 per year but like I said if you have a site that is profitable then it should be no problem.
