Yes. Yahoo isn't a search engine and outsources to various places. Right now, Yahoo uses Bing and Bing sucks. You'll get much more traffic from Google than Bing+Yahoo.

I have not noticed considerable traffic from yahoo to any of my sites.   But Google seems to like me well enough, so i don't really concern myself with any of the others.  Have found that if you can conquer the Google mountain, the rest seem to follow naturally.  Just works that way.

Yahoo is just not that good. It even gives you hard time, if you want to add your site URL to its search listings. Google site submission process is very easy and, yes, it definitely sends in more traffic.

generally yes, as most of the internet users use google and not yahoo.

and that is the reason you see traffic is more via google.
