Use webmaster Tools from Google, it is accurate but takes some time.

You can also goto google.com and search for this:
link:mysite.com

Replace mysite.com with your domain.

Link:website.com is not very as Google will not show you all backlinks. Your best bet is in Google webmaster tools but not even that can be very accurate.
